By downloading, installing, or using MushBloom ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
MushBloom grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
MushBloom offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime purchase:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
New subscribers may be eligible for a 1-week free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. The free trial is available once per Apple ID per subscription group.
You retain ownership of all content you create in MushBloom (grow logs, photos, notes, etc.). You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not liable for data loss.
The AI Contamination Scanner is provided for informational purposes only. It should not be used as a sole method for identifying contamination. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI analysis results. Always consult expert resources for mushroom cultivation safety.
You agree to use MushBloom only for lawful purposes related to legal mushroom cultivation. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app.
MushBloom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that growing advice will produce specific results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MushBloom and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
