MushBloom ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our iOS application.

1. Information We Collect

MushBloom does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All your data stays on your device and, if you enable it, in your private iCloud account.

• Grow Data: Mushroom grow logs, photos, notes, environmental readings, and settings are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
• iCloud Sync: If you enable iCloud sync (premium feature), your data is stored in your personal iCloud account managed by Apple. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
• Photos: Photos you take or select are stored locally within the app. We do not upload photos to any server.
• Camera Access: The AI Contamination Scanner uses your device camera for real-time analysis. Images are processed on-device and are not transmitted anywhere.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or contact information
• We do not collect location data
• We do not use analytics or tracking tools
• We do not use advertising SDKs
• We do not share any data with third parties
• We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details. Apple's privacy policy governs these transactions.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's encrypted storage. If you use iCloud sync, your data is protected by Apple's iCloud security measures, including end-to-end encryption.

5. Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time by:

• Deleting individual grows within the app
• Using the "Delete All Data" option in Settings
• Deleting the app from your device

If you have iCloud sync enabled, deleting data in the app will also remove it from iCloud.

6. Children's Privacy

MushBloom does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The app is rated 4+ and does not contain any age-restricted content.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
